Our process is designed to feel clear, considered, and quietly refined from beginning to end. From initial ideas to the final layers, we shape each detail with care to create a home that feels timeless and deeply personal.

  • Every project begins with a brief discovery call to connect, learn more about your goals, and walk you through how our studio works. After our conversation, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us better understand your vision and scope.

  • During this in-home visit, we walk your space, discuss how you live, and gather inspiration, measurements, and details that inform the design direction ahead.

  • We begin building the creative foundation for your project, developing space plans, mood boards, and a clear design vision that feels distinctly yours.

  • The concept is refined into a detailed, build-ready design with floor plans, elevations, fixtures, finishes, and materials layered thoughtfully throughout.

  • Once selections are finalised, we manage all ordering and coordination with vendors and trades, keeping the process organised and on schedule.

  • For full-service clients, we remain closely involved through construction with regular site visits and collaboration, followed by furnishings, styling, and final installation so you can step into a finished home with ease!

    For other levels of service, hourly project management support is available as needed.

    That said, we often see clients run into challenges with scale, quality, and overall cohesion when sourcing independently, which can lead to reordering items and added costs in the long run.

    If you’d prefer to handle purchasing on your own, we’re always happy to support you through our consulting services to help guide selections from a high level.

    Full-service projects are structured with a flat design fee and hourly project management. Consulting and design-only services are quoted as a set number of hours, with a current minimum investment of $3,500.

    Once we’ve reviewed your project details, we’ll provide a tailored estimate aligned with your goals.

  • We take the time to understand how you live, what inspires you, and how you want your home to feel, then translate that into a layered, cohesive design that’s both beautiful and functional.
